In the SCA this is no exception. You can choose to research and present a historical composition or create your own new medieval piece of art.
If you are inclined you may also join the Ruantallan Choir and learn a variety of medieval songs in various languages. The choir sings when the Baron and Baroness enter and leave court as well as a song or two during feast.
