ATTENTION DATE CHANGED FROM FEB 16 TO THE 17TH
Join us on Sunday, February 17th for a relaxed, no garb, SCA social. We have the gym at the Halifax MFRC (the usual fight practice location) for our use from noon to 6pm.
There will be room for sewing machines, lots of table space to cut out fabric, and room for pretty much anything else that you are working on. Nothing to work on? This will be a good time to ask questions about anything to do with the SCA, from making garb to, what are these awards or what does BIA, A&S, etc mean?
Wondering about who to vote for in the upcoming Baronial election? A few of the candidates will be in attendance if you wish to speak with them.
Dame Sarra will teach a class on beginner calligraphy at 2pm followed by a class on illumination with Lady Margaret.
To end the day, we will be holding a potluck. Start time will be 5:00. We won’t have access to the kitchen, so plan accordingly. There will be space for slow-cookers. Bring your feast gear and beverages (dry site).
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to say what type of dish you will be bringing:
